What is the Gospel?

The Gospel is the preached Word to the whole world
that God is superabundantly rich in
His grace and  goodness.
God forgives sins!

Fifth Sunday after Pentecost

Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. Matthew 10:34

Greetings in the name of Jesus!

Jesus wields the sword, He fights for us, we but defend ourselves with the whole armour He’s given us, and which is encapsulated in His cross. Hence His exhortation to take up our cross and follow closely behind Him. Jesus’ cross is the two-edged sword that never fails. It pierces the bubble of empty words and deceptions and cuts through Satan’s deadly cords.

Come hear more at Resurrection this Sunday. Our day begins at 10am with Bible study and Sunday school, followed the Divine Service at 11am. Please find the bulletin below with all the Service details and more information.

I look forward to seeing you.
